County Council District 1 is made up of Millcreek Township Districts 1 through 10, 12 through 17 as well as number 22 and 23. That describes the entire western side of the Township stretching from Millfair Road to Pittsburgh Avenue as well as the south-east portion of Council District 1 stretching from I-79 to just west of Peach Street north of Zimmerly Road and from Greenfield Drive to South Hill Road south of Zimmerly Road.
