Services:
The Office administers drug and alcohol prevention programs, information/referral and residential/outpatient treatment programs.

Our case management unit provides drug and alcohol screenings, assessments, treatment referral and monitoring, and case management support.

Preferential Treatment: The Erie County Office of Drug & Alcohol Abuse ensures the availability of treatment services to pregnant women.

Drug Treatment Court: Drug Treatment Court is a specialty court given the responsibility to handle cases involving drug-using offenders through comprehensive supervision, drug testing, treatment services and immediate sanctions and incentives.
Referrals for this program are made by attorneys, evaluated by the Treatment Court Team and decided upon by the Treatment Court Judge.
