Clerical Division
The Civil Division Clerical Staff prepares all civil complaints, summons, writs and Petition for Protection from Abuse for service. This includes executions of real estate and personal property. 11,713 civil services, together with 1,236 Domestic Relations services, were completed in the year 2010.All scheduling of mental health hearings together with transportation to Warren State Hospital from the local mental health facilities is also completed through the Civil Division.
