Officer Phil
Children are the most valuable resource in our community. It is important to not only teach them about the many dangers they may encounter, but also how to react in certain situations. Equally important, is how they deal with authority figures and interact with other children. For these reasons, The Erie County Sheriff's Office is involved in the Officer Phil Program.Officer Phil was developed to educate children from Kindergarten through Second Grade, on appropriate behaviors, responsibilities, and how to be safe.
